The album is SO GOOD I didn't realize until I was like halfway done with the new songs, but they go oldest member to youngest. Seriously all of the songs are top tier faves, I'm continually blown away by their talent. And I love that in FAM they go backwards youngest to oldest introducing everyone, it's just so freaking cute. You're right, a perfect intro to their solo songs!!
It was indeed a Japanese song from... All IN, I think? and it's the perfect Unhelpful Guide, made by Stray Kids, in a 3½ minute banger. The original actually had a fantastically fun lyric video, but it's all in Japanese... However there's a brilliantly edited version by StayMooArmy which you should absolutely check out... Some of the things they point out here are different to the Japanese one...
You might have heard the Japanese version since that one came out first in their ALL IN album. That one had a lyric mv but didn't come with English subs, from what I remember.
