Hi! This is tough and I'll tell you why: the Mesm rooms, view, and breakfast buffet are MUCH nicer. But the Edition Ginza location is AMAZING. So it depends: if you will transit around Tokyo via taxi or Uber, then you can do the Mesm no problem. But if you will walk and want to be more central, I would suggest the Edition Ginza.
@@ksc2934 but just to add, being next to the department stores and luxury brands is nice and all, but I’d prefer to be on the western end closer to Shimbashi where all the bars I frequent are. Hence why my default choice for Tokyo trips would probably stay as the excellent Hyatt Centric, but we shall see.
