Whew, this is heavy…50YRs…God bless all the beautiful lives that were tragically taken from us but let us never forget them and carry them in our hearts. God bless this grocery store, other businesses and those “who are just trying to do good”. God bless you all!
I am very proud of you and your organization that will become a franchise to help others. God bless you and those who are serving. Continue the Servant leadership journey sir. Well done 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Blessings to all involved in this! May God keep you, give you peace and prosperity and use this business to serve many in the community in need of His light and love🙏🏻❤️
I love this!!! Not only groceries but financial knowledge and the way they plan to give back to the community. I wish I lived in Tulsa to just grocery shopping at his store, knowing that my money would go to a great cause.
I love to see it! ✊🏾❤ This is phenomenal! He's a blessing to his community. I would love to grocery shop there and support him. My prayer and hope for the near future is to have Black-owned grocery stores be the norm throughout this country.
Keep one thing in focus at a time. Things grow from there. The best book I read on the topic is God and Guinness. He did just what this guy is attempting to do in a world where water wasn’t clean and jobs were few.
please make sure the customers are protected from outsiders as has been the intentions for decades upon decades....meaning make sure they are safe to shop in their own communities
This is incorrect, this is not Tulsas FIRST BLACK OWNED GROCERY STORE IN 50 YEARS. About 8-10 years ago a black man sold everything he had and took out another mortgage on his home to open a grocery store because none of the chains would do it. He only lasted a month after being robbed twice on the first day.(that was just the beginning) The day he closed he was interviewed by the same person that interviewed him the day he opened and he said the biggest mistake he made was thinking his community actually deserved a grocery store. Liars, just like people acting like so and so was the first black this or that, totally over looking someone like Clarence Thomas as a for instance just because you don't agree with his politics.

I go out of my way to utilize the services at this grocery store?
Lies and half truths, totally forgetting your own history in as little as 10 years.
We the people of North Tulsa do not support him or the store
Please tell me why
