The grey one is "victim" from the very first animator vs animation (that was Alans very first creation), and they are after Alan Becker not just a cursor. Oh yeah and for you not remembering chosen's name it's The Chosen One. Have a great day!

The gray stick figure is Victim. He was the first ever stickfigure that Alan made when he was a teenager, 16 years ago. He used Victim as a test dummy and tortured him. Victim tried to defend himself but was deleted at last.Now he's back after 16 years for revenge!! Also! I know that Victim is really evil but it surely isn't his fault as the main villain here is Alan, due to him only Victim tortured Chosen.
Alan made the his first bunch of animation alone all the way up to AVM Shorts EP 2 I believe, then he started getting a team to help him out, It's in the description of the videos but Alan himself mainly directs and storyboards + animates from time to time (he probably does other stuff but I'm not too sure)

I watched the older animation vs animator stuff and then the first 2 episodes of these and a few in-between
Alan has a team and he only works on 2D scenes. He has a team which does the 3D animating and 3D Backgrounds
