Another super fun lark with some real beauties ! Love watching you two out on the hunt for little gems and great crafting goodies. Thank you for taking us along stay well and safe, much love and hugs, 🥰🥰 xx
Thank you so much for bringing us along once again on your treasure hunt/tip/rubbish dump adventures... 😁 It is so difficult at times not to shout out at my computer screen, "WHAT'S THAT TO THE LEFT or RIGHT????" and then you keep walking... 😳😂😂 I so wish I could be at a dump/tip like that. Pitch a tent along with my German Shepard dog, which is also my protector and just camp out for a week or more.... 😁 Wouldn't be able to bring all my found "treasures" home with me due to suitcases, space and flight charges but, I'd have so much fun finding everything and anything to my hearts content!! I will try to get an email off to you this coming week, asking if you can check up on shipping/postal prices as well as how much you'd charge for about 4 of the large plain, non ribbed marmalade stoneware pots. (have to help you get rid of some of them so you can collect more... 🤪) They don't have to have the text on the bottom. I intend to decorate/paint them, make lids for them and use them in my kitchen to have matching flour, sugar and more in them. Along with a few smaller ones for salt, pepper and the likes. Anywho, I'll drop you an email. My email address will have my name Solani in it, so you know that it is me. ☺
Loved watching all the goodies found today , My favorite today was the orange and white marble and cobalt blue bead . Thanks for the adventure Great one again ! Have a Super weekend and stay safe . 🧡💚💙
I think I have an idea for your WHISKEY sign. Get one of those little wooden boxes I think they are called sugar boxes. Use some wood you find (or buy) and build a little bar. You can use your little bottles and put them on the bar or build a shelf for them or both. Make a doll from the arms, legs, and heads you find. You can build little chairs and tables or maybe a booth for your dolls to sit on. A cute little bar stool would work also at the bar. Use some old newspaper ads for whiskey as wallpaper. Also use little faces from the paper as pictures to hang on the wall. Then after you have your bar like you like it then get Mick to cut out the word WHISKEY and glue it on the corner of the box or wall which ever you like best. You could build a little frame around the word WHISKEY and put it on the roof in the middle. If you really want to get crafty then you can build little swinging doors like a western saloon. Maybe I have watched Kit and Caboodle's page too much. 😂. I love little miniature things. I hope you pick my idea.
o very glad to have one of your outings to watch today. It is definitely a day to stay inside and watch my favorite mudlarkers. Currently it is -17.2 degrees C with a wind chill of -24.4 degrees C outside my door!!! EGADS!! You could freeze something off out there!!
Was thinking in a medium puff frame that shaker with a light in it upside down. Put in front of your whiskey sign. Then deco rest with bottle stopper and such. Maybe even a small bottle behind it. But it would be a light up picture art.
Another fantastic video guy's some great finds never ceases too amaze me the strange things you find as always usual a huge big big thanks for your hard work keeping us entertained Mick and Sarah the Manchester Mudlarks best on the tube by far very very far!
Another great lark. Great finds too, Sarah, maybe you could use the 'whisky ' piece as part of a mosaic-ed tray for drinks? And any other flat booze or pretty glass or ceramic tile shards etc. ( makes sense in my head ...but hard to describe lol) x😂
That Amber marble 😱🥰. So beautiful. Lovely lark guys. Great to see you both out and about. We're getting serious withdrawals now as we haven't been out in months. 😢.

Screw top does not mean it is not old. Look at canning jars?ball jars and others have had screw tips since the 1890s at least . It just was not wide spread.

That blue glass thing could be an ornament or a lamp fennel that goes on the harp of a lamp.
