The Commerce Manager tells me to create a new page or go to my page. If I create a new page, it tells me I already have. page. If I go to my page, I'm back at the beginning. I'm being sent in circles. I can't get past the store name section and it's happening over and over.

Look for settings at the bottom on the left of your page, than same as he explained
It's moved ahaha, now across the top under the header picture, you click the small arrow, then "edit tabs", which is the last option.

Will be interesting to see how popular Facebook Shops becomes over the next few months. They should consider adding a feature that allows reviews because online brands are nothing without social proof. Hard to gain customers' trust if you can't see what others are saying about it or if other people recommend it

Facebook updated its UI completely and some of the buttons in the video are no longer there, especially "ADD A TAB" button. What can I do?

Hi, do you know how to rearrange the products in the shop so that you can have them in a certain order? The only way I could find was by making collections, but that's not a great solution :(

quick question, a friend recently created a fb account and when he wanted to sell something on the market place he found a new section besides item/vehicles and so on, it was something like "new feature sell in bulk" and me and him have no idea how he got that new section, I don't have it and would like to get it. Any idea on that? And no its not the bulk upload from a Facebook business page, its simply when you click on create a listing on marketplace that he has that extra section, sell in bulk. can you please help?

I had to start a new page. It was a big task 😩
I learned a lot, and haven't even finished the video. However, I have an issue and need help. Before watching your video, I was working on setting up my shop tab. I went back to my FB page to check and see if I had everything right so far. But, when I hit the back arrow, I got a "something went wrong" type notice. And now I can't get the shop tab (on my page) to work at all. Can you help?

None of this is on my facebook. I go under settings and there is no Template tab. I don't even have the menu under my blue bar at the top of facebook.

shop option takes me to catalogue manager and then it doesnot allow me to publish the already add products,pls suggest slution sir....

I tried setting up my Facebook Shop..it's lip balm and lip gloss line. After I added my products, I got a notification that they will not publish my shop because it goes against Community Guidelines...I don't get it. I checked the Community Guidelines and those are things that I was not doing. :(
