I would contend that the planning, timing, and execution of the murder was so deliberate and targeted that the perpetrator knew exactly what he was doing. Luring someone to a secluded area, transporting them back to an apartment, stabbing them in the head, dismembering their body, and disposing of it in a river is more than just a knee jerk reaction to being tricked. This guy knew exactly what he was doing. Also, how do you know the teenager was posing as an adult woman? That's some strange insider knowledge of it's true. You're either making assumptions and arriving at ill-gotten conclusions with falsehoods or you're telling the truth and know something. Those are the only two ways it can be. Full of it or involved. Which is it?
