In hindsight people are trying to downplay the Terry Rozier trade, but the reality is if he would’ve played in the playoffs even without Jimmy, these feelings about him would be different. Rozier before the neck injury, was just starting to get comfortable and was playing well. It’s just unfortunate that he got hurt.

They need 3pt shooting at the minimum & Rozier doesn’t provide that. In addition he is bad defender. Duncan & Herro as their starting backcourt is their only chance to be decent offensively and not be a play-in team… Rozier needs to be traded or come off the bench

With Tyler Herro on the roster, I can't understand why anyone was ever in favor of the rozier trade. they are the same player, why did you want a guy with the same skillset as the guy that everybody rips on, and to boot, Tyler's defense is the worse thing about him and Terry is even smaller than Tyler..........
That trade was a goofball move, and everyone who says they were in favor of it, IDK WTF you were thinking.

They're so late to make any decision. Never found the "perfect" move to go all in on Jimmy. Preferred to go conservative and overpay their own guys. Now that the window is over they're going to be late to rebuild. They're always a step behind and I don't know how they ever win a title again with this management style.

Isnt Isaak Okoro still a free agent from Cleveland. Hes an athletic, young defender who has improved his 3pt shooting every season. I think he was a top 5 pick some yrs ago, still has upside and has Martin/Highsmith like height and defensive ability at 6'5

Yes, most fans were for the Rozier trade. I wasn’t one of them. Most fans wanted Miami to do something to improve the team, but I believe that move was making a change for changes sake. Rozier is a combo guard, not a true point. Also, he is a bad defender. And finally because of that deal, we can’t make any moves this year. It’s OK Ethan to say it wasn’t a great move in hindsight.

100% the first order of business is locking down Haywood Highsmith. He is probably going to need to start on this roster too. We need him to hound guards to start games, as opposed to Tyler and Terry getting torched.
After that, I think you have to get off Tyler or Terry. Terry is more valuable to this team, but we can’t have all these offense-leaning guards costing us 70 million dollars. I would try to trade one for Bruce Brown’s expiring out Dennis Schroder. Call it a day. I like the team’s chances if Ware can contribute on the level that Jovic did last year.

Tyler Herro has no value in the league because a lot of smart NBA and stats people do not think he contributes to winning. Pat Riley does not get to decide the market, the market gets to decide the market. He's totally redundant when you're paying 3 guards big money who can't play together, so yes shuffling deck chairs on the Titanic is absolutely warranted in this case.

Jović has to start. Who cares if Jimmy is happy. We got fat Lowry because of Jimmy. He costed us a first round pick. None of Jimmy's buddies are any good. You wont have to worry about Jimmy scoring a lot, cause he doesn't. Rip off the bandaid and go with the youth movement. Get something for Jimmy while he has value. It was delusional to think we were beating Boston.
Haywood needs to walk, too. Hes not that great of a defender. A 112 defensive rating is ok. Jović has a 111 rating. Id rather he plays more. Trade Tyler for a half eaten Publix sub. He's a bum and starting should be out of the question.
