We drove a leased C4 Cactus 1.6 turbo diesel with the questionable ETG automated manual transmission for 7 weeks and 10,500 km across Europe Ireland & UK with an overall fuel consumption of 4.6 litres / 100 km. If you drive the car using the steering wheel paddles to change gears the response is smoother and more responsive. From 2017 in Australia the diesel was dropped and you could only get the brilliant 1.2 Puretech turbo petrol 3 cylinder with the 6 speed full automatic.
I took delivery on one here in Sydney 3 weeks ago as part of the discontinued model run out. Brilliant piece of Citroen quirkiness and comfort which is very nippy and nifty.
The new C4 Cactus with progressive hydraulic cushion suspension will not come to Australia.
In 2019 you can get a C3 (with airbumps), a C3 & C5 Aircross. The C5 has the new magic carpet suspension.

Great review but I didnt get the gears part. So what does it mean that is semi auto? Because i can see there is no gear box whatsoever, so i dont need to change the gears? I want to buy this car but i am confused :)

It's not a genuine double clutch automatic, but rather a computerized manual gearbox doing all the shifting. That's why it's slow between shifts, but that also means it's cheaper to repair than a real automatic :P
