Sweet points my friend!! First one looks like an early archaic atlatl dart. The materials you find look a lot like materials i find sometimes. Wonder if they carried your flint up to my area. Central Illinois seems to be a kinda crossroads. We find materials from hundreds of miles in about every direction. Good Luck!!
Thanks man, I don’t doubt it, the black material here is pitkin chert, it’s about the only chert type I know and our most abundant. Good luck to you my friend!
@@thepeopledownriver9948 Looks like yours is a little wider than the one I found but I think they may be the same. Not trying to promote myself on your channel but if you're interested in seeing the one I found the vid is called "last second pooter". Around the 6 minute mark.
@@larrydrewett7779 I dont think a broken porcelain plate is considered native American pottery. But I'm not sure. 🤔 Twenty years of arrowhead hunting and not one peice of pottery. Some of my buddies have some but not me. 🤷♂️
.Two finds very good friends. Very sharp images. Blessings to my friend.
Thanks for watching buddy, good luck next time out

That first one is like an identical twin to one I found not too long ago. Even has the ear broken off like yours. Very cool!
That is cool, I believe its an early archaic point, the base would be a bit concave if it had both ears

Don't you love it when they're not hidden at all 💥boom💥 just screaming to pick it up
I know it man, its a pretty site when they're glowing in the sun.
First.... guess who
Russell found an arrowhead but he seemed more excited about old river glass, and he found some sweet pottery 🤩😂🤣😂
@@larrydrewett7779 I'm gonna have to sub this guy. 🤔😃
@@larrydrewett7779 that's a modern arrowhead. For sure.
@@365headhunter3 yeah well how about that pottery lmfao 🤣
