    I have a few things going on differently than you. My SI joint is inflamed and I'm having trouble with movement. I can walk ok. I have pain getting up from a seating or laying position. I'm not up for sit ups or push ups. I can try the weights. I've been walking a mile a day and then I do a Down Dog app beginner yoga. If you don't like yoga, I bet there's a pilates app. This particular yoga app I like bc they have such nice music and a person doing the moves so you can copy. I also do Trim Healthy Mama for food so my plates look different. No processed cereals. I don't mix carbs and fats. I put two servings of vegetables on my plate so that's half the plate and then one serving of protein for a low carb meal. I can have a healthy carb (brown rice, sweet potato, sprouted bread, etc..) in a lean meat meal. For vitamins I do Plexus Xfactor Plus and then I do extra D3 and K2 everyday. We weigh almost the same. I'm 142. How tall are you though? I think you look thinner...

      I am 152cm (or 5'4"). I feel thinner but my scale still says I'm the same weight.
