During the TKO show he had said PSN has the most sweat (top level) players. Nsw has the best queue times and generally good matchmaking, though the player base tends to not use the top tiers for the most part.
I think Jill's tier is up for evaluation here

I wonder has anyone worked on an optimal meter building team. What would happen if you looked for teams what had the best meter generation minus storm and build strategies around that. Then make up for team weaknesses with a ton of meter/DHC use.

Yeah maybe if you see it coming. He is in normal jump state and not super jump state so he'll only have one action. If Jill falls fast enough, he'll be pretty vulnerable. Pretty sure Jill could just block it, too.
i assume any form of air stalling can escape the setup, and if you don't have any you can just take the hit like that one guy did i guess

Say, I'm curious if I could potentially get your help with combos for my team, if you have the time and/or willing to help? I'm still learning the game myself (limited to Fightcade sadly for the time being), but I use a team of Akuma/Zangief/Psylocke (Zangief may get switched out with Gambit, Cable, or Dan, depending on how much patience I have trying to do standing 360s with the guy, as much as I like him). Akuma is always in the team, so the other 2 get switched around a lot. I use the anti-air Assist for Akuma/Psylocke, and Throw Assist for Gief (I haven't been using the other 3 as much, but I think I used Anti-Air with Cable as well).
If you're able to help, that'd be great, but if not, that's understandable. Any little help would be great from the master himself!

Man, I haven't had the chance to pick up the game yet but was wanting to main Jill purely for my love of classic RE. I had NO IDEA how disgusting her setups could be having only played MvC2 VERY casually back in the day. Really looking forward to getting my hands on it.

A fun team you should try is Dan, Captain Commando and Dr Doom. If you manage to lock the opponent in the corner with Dan’s shinku and Doom rock assist you get massive chip.
