The month of August is celebrated as History Month in virtue of Proclamation No. 339, s. 2012.
In celebration, the Quezon Provincial Library presents the story of Narding, a young boy who was taken to a cave by his father rather than having a birthday party. Narding realizes something is more important than a birthday celebration or a birthday cake. Do you have any idea what it is?
