But now, the artist is earning critical acclaim of a different kind - on the West End stage in supernatural thriller 'A Ghost Story'.

I think she continued her nose jobs, had a recent blaspheroplasty plus lost quite a chunk of weight. She seems to keep on struggeling with her natural outer appearance. In her autobiography she describes her eating disorder, it goes hand with a distorted self image. Her changes in looks give me the impression shes still not very happy.
I don't think she's had a nose job. Maybe the other stuff you mentioned, but can't really see a 'different' nose here. She looks gorgeous btw.
