@@keepkarlm6771It's you who need to watch the video again... It's clearly stated that Shorekeeper-Changli-Encore is a solid team, the main reason for such a thing being that Changli's personal damage AND buffs offset the fact that Encore can be played in shorter rotations. The main thing to keep in mind when reading the chart is that it is only meant to tell you how long the rotation should last for and which character(s) are making it lag behind. Obviously, if only Shorekeeper is keeping you from rotating faster, that's an issue because her own personal damage may not be enough to compensate for the extra time. But otherwise, if the other character who is lagging behind brings a lot to the table (like Changli), then Shorekeeper is no longer the one dictating the pace of the rotation and it makes no sense to replace her.
@@TRak598 I never said encore changli shorekeeper is a bad team, I just commented on the fact that he said "rest of the main DPS" and stated 2 DPS that have teams where Verina is straight up better like jiyan mortefy and encore sanhua
I think it's also worth mentioning that 12.5 crit rate makes it noticeably more consistent (and less frustrating) playing damage dealers that rely on fewer, larger hits like especially Jinhsi but also Changli. It brings my Jinhsi to from 80 -> 92.5% which very impactfully effected the player experience for me, from (subjectivity) often missing crits to almost never missing. Personally, I did pull s2r1 and at that investment level she feels like a god, amping team damage by roughly twice the value of verina and the longer duration enabling more team rotations, such as double cycles in 2 of my most played comps and still being able to finish with the enhanced intro. Thanks for the video man! I'm glad Kuro somehow made SK a bit different than Verina. And that's also why when I use SK, it depend on how fast can my sub-dps build concerto. I find SK better to be used with the likes of San Hua (for my Yao/changli team) or Mortefi (for my Jiyan). I prefer Baizhi or Verina for my Jinhsi.
good video, tbh we dont have enough of these types of educational showcases that goes a bit deeper, probably because the majority dont really care about these small nuances 😂 i also believe that verina can be just as good in some cases, but just a couple things i like to point out tho. 1. her liberation limitations doesnt really result in less buff uptime, just slightly longer warmup time(~5 secs most teams), u only need to tune your concerto into double intro scenario where u can quickly activate the golden aurora, whether its dual dps or hypercarry, its the same principle, thats what the warmup rotation is for, to setup your loop rotation. 2.her 25s CD is somewhat restricting in some cases, but because it lasts 30s, it also allows specific double burst opportunity windows, u can fit 2 xly/changli/jinhsi/encore/chixia burst windows in 1 SK liberation, u may not be able to loop these burst rotations, but u can put them at either the warm-up or last burst rotation for a final oomph to finish your opponent. this is not restricted to s1, u can do this on s0. 2.5. going off of that. 50k is nice, but like u mentioned it is just 5% of your total dmg, if u have to lose the intro to complete a double burst rotation, so be it, as long as its the tail end of your rotation and not your ur primary burst, the extra dmg often offsets the enhanced intro.
Great video! From my experience its S2 Verina >/= S0 SK > S0 Verina in settings like the Tower. Verina is noticeably better in the overworld however as she can get her whole kit out in any scenario where SK struggles especially if you kill anyways too fast and you dont have your lib for the next battle. Another thing I would like to add is Verina is much faster in the first rotation compared to SK. Second rotation onwards SK picks up as she needs one less attack string to build her outro due to introing.
For optimal use verina suits Jinshi more becoz of dast concerto and dmg amplifier and cordinated atk jinshi loves and put zhezhi in team jinshi skill dmg buff added another jinshi loves. While SK also very good with any other dps but i like to prefer SK run with Changli or YAO team. Its just matter of boss who you are facing. The new boss comepletely heavy spectro resistance so going with jinshi team is idiot choice. Same for inferno rider going changli is only delay finishing boss. Same for other element. So it just matter of where which team suits.
Still trying to understand ur rotation time spreadsheet but for verina encore sanhua team, the rotation should be less than 15 sec cuz we dont have to outro with verina each time (the outro buff lasts 30 sec), and verina can get her full concerto with 2 skills + 1 lib + variantion + 2 air atk (if low refined variation or no c2). That means verina has almost 0 field time and is significantly better than shorekeeper for that team (or any sanhua support team). Plus verina has a faster first rotation too.
This is true and a rotation I did not consider, since I opted for her Atk% buff every rotation and decided to just run her full rotation. I have not run the calcs on completely skipping Verina every other rotation, or just popping her in to re-proc the Atk% buff itself and nothing else.
@@AznvasionsII its a very popular rotation with many showcases. I'm surprised ppl still only look at and compare raw concerto charge spd from 0 to 100 (which is only matter on the first rotation). Verina is somehow underrated with the amount of Shorekeeper's glazing. Oh well, our conclusion is still the same tho, verina > shoekeeper
Don't know about all the theories, all I know i that any team that i put shorekeeper is able to beat every floor of the tower, and that is not true for verina
It's easier for me to get 6 crest in the middle hazard tower with a party of jinhsi, zezhi and verina than jinhsi, zezhi shorekeeper. Well maybe it's because I'm not used to the party rotation of jinhsi, zezhi and sk
For this week toa, i tried to use both paired with just jinshi on middle tower. Sk + jinshi = 5 sec left memphis level. Verina + jinshi = 30+ sec left memphis. Idk if i use sk wrong but i find verina + jinshi to be way stronger.
Tbh with you…I do feel like my Baizhi is better for my change/encore team than Shorekeeper, but I use shorekeeper anyway lol And Verina is leagues better for Jinshi
Shorekeepers big intro isnt that big of a deal, assuming the reason you didnt get it was because you kept your main dd in a bit longer. Heck sometimes it feels like a damage loss. If im playing her with Encore i am not at all sure that its worth it to swap her out until the stellarealm is gone. unless lots f mob. shorekeepers intro vs a bunch of targets is pretty huge. I think having a higher refine variation does give Verina an edge, especially if you also have her s2. her rotations will be lightning fast in those cases. she'll be in and out in a second. I also dont get why youre cycling off your Encore early. The point of shorekeeper/sanhua/Encore is to get Encore in asap and keep her on the field. you dont swap her out till the stellarealm is almost over, or is over. you also have the 6 second Shorekeeper concerto build, so technically its a 19-21 second rotation where you will have her ult ready by the time you have the concerto to do it.
As a f2p, not gonna funnel my savings into a support only to make her a bit better than the standard one. Maybe the meta tends to circle around SK in the future, maybe not, so I prefer to save for now
Quick question: In Encore - Sanhua team: If Encore end her rotation by swapping onto Sanhua, then supercharge Sanhua Forte before outro onto Shorekeeper, would it significantly reduce the death gap between the Encore - Sanhua "19s rotation" and Shorekeeper "25s requirement"? Since i have Verina Sc1(using a R1 Variation) and SK Sc0R1, and the clear-time seem pretty close to each other.
if your team already has a high crit rate wouldnt that make keeper more valuable? getting closer to 100% crit % and adding crit damage on top of that should add noticably more damage on a well built team ibwoukd think
The Verina team should have very similar damage, as Chixia Changli is typically roughly 20-21s already as Quickswap. Verina S2 brings this up to 22-23s, but needs 24s to cycle, whereas the SK variant would be about 25-26s. The Verina version would be easier to play, and also has more tolerance for dodges since you only need to complete the 22-23s rotation within 24s for optimal dps. It is possible the SK team might edge ahead, but this is a case where Verina is a lot more comfortable, and again, has the option to double Intro Changli to make things smoother.
I have both, and play Jiyan/Mortefi and Jinshi/Zezhi, I decided to put Shorekeeper on the Jiyan team for now. My rotations aren’t great so I didn’t even have downtime in the Jiyan team just playing how I usually do with Verina, also he has less crit stats. Ended up with 29/30, the missing star is actually Jiyan in the right tower. I was also wondering, would shorekeeper change what Echo Mainstats Jinshi wants? I know sig weapon pushes her towards an Atk 3-cost, and 44111 is also sometimes brought up, does that become less viable with shorekeeper?
The 44111 would still work but as usual be noticeably weaker by about 5% or so. With Shorekeeper on Jinhsi, the Atk% 3-cost is actually worth a tiny bit more, since it is no longer diluted by Verina’s 20% Atk buff, and of course, we don’t have to worry about SK’s crit buff being diluted, since there are so few sources of crit atm.
Even with her weapon 44111 is significantly worse than 43311 with 2 spectro 3 costs (unless your echos are REALLY bad like less than 1 crit roll per artifact), and yes, with Shorekeeper 44111 will be even worse and for 43311 the 3 costs being 1 spectro 1 atk will be even more relevant since you lose Verina's atk buff
@@clesilver220good to know thanks, do you know if S1 changes that? I always thought it was part of the generic damage buff, so an extra 80% dmg+, but if it's independent then that wouldn't make a difference (I got it kind of on accident)
@@clesilver220 what are you talking about? it is NOT worse in a jinshi team... watch maygi's video on the subject... on jinshi 44111 is actually BETTER than 43311
@@fluffygalaxy6 jinshi is actually better with 44111 you can watch maygi's video on the subject, but yes with shorekeeper and 44111 and her sig weapon and okay rolls you can overcap on crit rate and go beyond 100% which is bad
BRO, pls look my last video at last seconds (17:33) that was clear 20s rotation on ChangLi (with Shore), and previous (14:52) clean 20s with Verina u r not right in 24s
This video confuse me. Shorekeeper ult: Stage 1: blue color realm (no buff just heals) Stage 2: purple color realm (+12.5% crit) Stage 3: gold color realm (+12.5% crit AND +25% crit dmg) If 12.5% crit is approx. 42% attack If 25% crit dmg is approx. 42% attack Then 42% + 42% = 84% We are looking at Verina's 20% attack buff vs shorekeeper's 84% attack buff. In the video, u keep mentioning verina's 20% atk vs Shorekeeper's 42% atk buff, but shouldn't you be saying 84% atk buff instead? Shorekeeper does get both +12.5% crit AND +25% crit dmg buff at the same time, at gold stellar realm. Am I wrong or am I right? I need help....
@@AznvasionsIIthen what is this 1.7 times thing? can u explain a bit more on this? Do u mean 12.5% crit x 1.7 = 21.25%.... like this? More explanation would be appreciated thanks....
No hate against Verina (outside her drip), but I really don't give a fck she is 2s faster, when with Shorekeeper, I can nuke upwards of 400k using Jinhsi without echo god rolls. Same with any other dps I have, that extra 12.5 crit really adds up in the consistency, and I really feel the boost in the nukes with the crit damage. Honestly some of this sounds like cope, how in hell will crit rate and crit damage be diminishing returns when your account grows? Oh you will get characters that have more crit rate later... so you mean with Shorekeeper I could potentially guarantee 100% crit rate then, without sacrificing crit damage, plus boosting it, and that is going to be weaker than Verina? bs
Easy. Verina is better for short battles, Shorekeeper is better for longer battles. In short battles you usually cant make the intros to evolve her ulti to the max level so in the open world a lot of times it doesnt reach full power, but in long battles, Shorekeeper is way better. Her buffs are more powerful if you get her full buffs.
@@AznvasionsII got my verina to s2 and recently got shorekeeper to s1, so this guide is really interesting, I'm guessing verina s2 makes her better than shorekeeper most of the time since the rotation becomes almost less than a second
I don't know about optimal use and all that... but to me, Shopkeeper is much easier to use and heal better. I like the old "press skill > heal" thing.. and her healing field is very reliable. To be clear.. I am a very "uga bunga" type of player.

It's clearly stated that Shorekeeper-Changli-Encore is a solid team, the main reason for such a thing being that Changli's personal damage AND buffs offset the fact that Encore can be played in shorter rotations.
The main thing to keep in mind when reading the chart is that it is only meant to tell you how long the rotation should last for and which character(s) are making it lag behind. if your team already has a high crit rate wouldnt that make keeper more valuable? getting closer to 100% crit % and adding crit damage on top of that should add noticably more damage on a well built team ibwoukd think
Verina easier to use overall while SK builded for quick swap team
frick rotations put verina and shorekeeper together with a DPS and hope for the best like always
When at s2 Shorekeeper, never
I lost 50/50 to verina on shopkeeper banner, pain.... 💀😭💔
Now i have s1 verina, is it worth it??
Can you try falacy of no return to verina? I'm planning to build sir..what can you say about that sir?
Pick Shorekeeper cause pretty and Waifu :3
based choice. Most wholesome one yet
Sadly she will have to continue her task in my main account
I've been running a Changli/Chixia for some time. Would S2 Verina be better than SK in this team?
Short answer, yes. Why? Bcuz Quickswap is more forgiving with Ver than SK.
I'm a Chixia main and I've played both extensively
The Verina team should have very similar damage, as Chixia Changli is typically roughly 20-21s already as Quickswap. Verina S2 brings this up to 22-23s, but needs 24s to cycle, whereas the SK variant would be about 25-26s. The Verina version would be easier to play, and also has more tolerance for dodges since you only need to complete the 22-23s rotation within 24s for optimal dps. It is possible the SK team might edge ahead, but this is a case where Verina is a lot more comfortable, and again, has the option to double Intro Changli to make things smoother.
I'm Not happy with kind slow rotation like this, i hope wuwa release another support with fast rotation,
I have both, and play Jiyan/Mortefi and Jinshi/Zezhi, I decided to put Shorekeeper on the Jiyan team for now.
@@clesilver220 what are you talking about? it is NOT worse in a jinshi team... watch maygi's video on the subject... on jinshi 44111 is actually BETTER than 43311
@@fluffygalaxy6 jinshi is actually better with 44111 you can watch maygi's video on the subject, but yes with shorekeeper and 44111 and her sig weapon and okay rolls you can overcap on crit rate and go beyond 100% which is bad
if your dps have less than 70% crt rat then showerkeeper or whatever her name is better its that simple
BRO, pls look my last video at last seconds (17:33) that was clear 20s rotation on ChangLi (with Shore), and previous (14:52) clean 20s with Verina
u r not right in 24s
Verina’s rotation is easier i feel.
Listen to me rovers ,same concept, use whoever you love.
Verina is a better sustain healer for me. Shorekeeper has better sustain buffs.
This video confuse me.
Shorekeeper ult:
Stage 1: blue color realm (no buff just heals)
Stage 2: purple color realm (+12.5% crit)
Stage 3: gold color realm (+12.5% crit AND +25% crit dmg)
If 12.5% crit is approx. 42% attack
If 25% crit dmg is approx. 42% attack
Then 42% + 42% = 84%
We are looking at Verina's 20% attack buff vs shorekeeper's 84% attack buff.
It’s 42% atk total, including both the CR and CD :) 21% each
@@AznvasionsIIthen what is this 1.7 times thing? can u explain a bit more on this?
Oh you will get characters that have more crit rate later... so you mean with Shorekeeper I could potentially guarantee 100% crit rate then, without sacrificing crit damage, plus boosting it, and that is going to be weaker than Verina? bs
That rotation is too slow. Its basic 3> quickswap > basic 1 >heavy>quickswap. It's 4.3s total not 6.2
Which is kind of stupid because SK has a skill specifically for exploration
I have c1 verina is she better than c0 shorekeeper + her wepon?
Nahh her c1 isnt that good if u hav c2 then its better
@@blizzard_21-h9y ty
Just watch the video bro. Look at 15:55, who is better will depend on the team
@@keepkarlm6771 oh ty
Baizhi is hotter though

Ayo
@@AznvasionsII got my verina to s2 and recently got shorekeeper to s1, so this guide is really interesting, I'm guessing verina s2 makes her better than shorekeeper most of the time since the rotation becomes almost less than a second
😮
Thanks for stopping by :)
I don't know about optimal use and all that... but to me, Shopkeeper is much easier to use and heal better. I like the old "press skill > heal" thing.. and her healing field is very reliable. To be clear.. I am a very "uga bunga" type of player.
Verina is incredibly unga bunga though...
Never, she is dead
