Thank you, Joey, I love the video, I will try all the salads. Little tip for Lex for his swimming if you don't mind: tell him to close his fingers together and fully extend them instead of having them separated letting the water through. Closed together fingers turn the hands into solid paddles and his strokes will be much more effective. Also, legs and feet always under water for maximum power. Tell him that his backflip at the end of the pool is super-impressive!

You are so inspiring! I love a giant salad every day, especially while I am on my work week. I’m going to try all of your salad suggestions to mix up my salad routine. I normally have spring mix or spinach but I think romaine is a great addition for me to use. Here is my giant work salad: spring mix greens, broccoli sprouts, raw chopped zucchini and yellow squash, 1/2 cup of cooked soy beans (for menopause symptom prevention), 1/2 apple chopped, bell pepper, english cucumber, cherry tomatoes and green onion with 1 oz chopped walnuts, 1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds and 2 tablespoons of California balsamic Italian dressing. So yummy and filling!!
You work salad sounds like such a great options especially with the zucchini, squash and sprouts. Yummy!

Joey I really like a recipe I adapted from VegInspired's Maple Mustard Dressing. I use :4 T spicy Mustard, 60 g dates, 4Tablespoons water, 2Tablespoons sesame seeds, 2 Tablespoons rice vinegar (plain or seasoned) . Blend well and add more water as needed. It's like a honey mustard dressing. Veginspired uses 4 tablespoons maple syrup instead of the dates and water that I use. I love it! Simple but very good! Thanks for your shows!

I think each salad looks amazing! I'm eager to try the dressings. I did not realize the starch solution included nuts and seeds, but I guess in moderation is aok and less for weightloss situations. I can't decide which salad to make first! One suggestion is to pulse chop, or shred your greens and you'll end up eating more greens in each meal because it is much less volume, and it's easier to eat without the risk of flicking dressing on your nice shirts :) Thanks Joey!
Starch Solution includes up to 10 percent or less of your calories from starch. You can have nuts and seeds but it cant be much. Maximum Weight Loss doesn't allow any of that. I am going to shred my lettuce now!

I hope you like the shredded lettuce. I LOVE doing that with finely shredded cabbage, almost like angel hair...it's a great texture to have. Enjoy :)

Favorite salad=Burro bowl- a boatload of romaine or baby lettuce, finely chopped, black or pinto beans, steamed beets, jicama, tomatoes, jalapeno, green or red onions, cilantro, mango or black grapes, lime juice, and bottled salsa. My second favorite salad=Taco Salad- a boatload of iceberg lettuce, finely shredded, Roy's soy taco crumbles, shredded carrots or butternut squash, 2 crisped and crumbled corn tortillas, tomatoes, jalapeno, cucumber, red onions, cilantro, lime juice, and bottled salsa.

I love these lunch videos Joey, great meal ideas. I used your tip of a flax egg as a thickener for vinaigrette and it worked really well. I made a fall salad with pear, apple, and a tiny amount of vegan blue cheese and walnuts. Lex did great a great job on his relay. Love your vest & bowtie!

Where do u get the pb Cashew powder? Does it give same texture as cashews? I made a ranch it tasted good but the texture made me not like it. No nut chunks. I soak them and put in my blendtec. I think your ranch made with ss mayo will be my next try at a ranch. Thanks for the videos. I Like this one as my daughter and husband work in construction so no microwaves. Sandwhiches get old.
I get the cashew powder online at Amazon. I make sure to stick blend my cashew powder dressings and they come out amazing.

I really, really loved all of the different salad recipes! Very creative, but I couldn't help but cringe every time I saw a nut based dressing or nuts on the salad with you eating in the classroom. Having a child with life threatening nut allergies, it was always our worst fear when our child was at school considering how easy it is to cross contaminate surfaces. Love your channel and Facebook page. Just stress about the nuts in everything!
I wipe down the table with Clorox wipes anytime I eat lunch there, which is just when I film, otherwise I eat in the teachers lounge area. Really, if we as a school district were so worried about mixing nuts with kids who have nut allergies, we would stop selling PB&J sandwiches in the cafeteria line.
