Werk! This IS the season to review! Season 5 had many Titans to begin with - queens who were already very established even before participating in the show. Every season had Titans but never as many as Season 5 in one show! The aura was just different that season!

I believe the reason why the Alyssa/Coco rivalry was such a successful story arc for the show is because they had drama prior to Drag Race, for future seasons, i think they should again cast two queens who have beef and have them release all the tension for the cameras💯💯

I loved season 5 but I can't help thinking how dank it was compared to season 6, I guess the camera and lighting budget really went up after this season

My thoughts on the queens based on my first time seeing them back in the day when i first watched season 5.
Detox - beautiful,high fashion,funny & filler(cosmetic wise not placement wise)
Roxxxy andrews- plus size latina diva
Jade jolie - messy loud annoying unpolished (again going off back then when i first watched season 5)
Alyssa edwards- beautiful poised was one of my picks for top 3
Serena cha cha - cute for first time in drag...and then she opened her mouth💅🏼
Vivienne pinay - filler (and i do mean that placement wise)
Jinkx monsoon - she had me from her entrance line "i can hear the cackling from down the street" my narcoleptic winner
Penny tration - i forgot she was there 😅
Honey mahogany - the entrance look gave high hopes...unfourtunately thats where the high hopes ended.

I never liked Alyssa Edwards, I've seen the season a couple of times and I still think she was a villain in her season, not as much as Roxxy, but she was one of the shady ones and she didn't like being told the truth in the face, is funny and hilarious, but from the beginning it was seen that she was going to be one of the most divas and meanest of the franchise.
That said, she is good as a drag queen, very talented, an excellent dancer, she is good reality show material, and she is doing excellently in her life, which is what matters.
