It is a quick story of how outdoor surrounding can be your favourite and the best substitution for the gym.
Idea came long time ago, as my dear friend Pawel took me for a run around local mountains surrounding Bielsko-Biala (Poland) , and while being in motion and having this beautiful polish golden autumn surrounding us, we got inspired to make a quick shot and give you a little hint and highlight that training doesn't have to be boring!
