Juri is scheduled at the end of august and urien is September. But I REALLY hope Capcom announces to bring them early. So perhaps at the end of july or early august, Juri will come out.
for the pros and the experienced: ive heard " negative and plus on block" quite often. im 24 and ive always liked competitive fighters, but never was able to spend alot of time on them. now i have a little more time. so to summarize "negative on block" means that particular move can be punished?
Correct. It's all in a base of information we call the "frame data". This is basically all the information regarding each and every move in the game. That includes jumps and walk speed. Almost every fighting game, SF5 included, works on a 60 frames per second basis. Let's take a standing jab, for example. Most jabs take 3 to 4 frames to come out. This is 4/60 of a second. Most of them are +2 on block. That means that for 2 frames, who ever blocks a jab, they can't move before I can. Now, 2/60 of a second doesn't seem like much. Except that it does in high level gaming. I hope that helps.
Someone playing SF5 on PC (or ps4 cus it's cross platform i suppose,right?) who's willing to teach a fighting game rookie so to speak for MKX whas the first time i wanted to learn a fighting game, falling in love with this genre of games from the moment i started to understand the basics a little and actually winning some online battles(after about 6 months of non stop practice, putting every free time i had really wanting to learn to understand the mechanics, mindgames etc. like a maniac. Untill this point where i can even say i've become a decent MKX player now but where i'm getting at is i've bought SF5 on PC and really want to learn how this totally different fighting game works because only thing i know is that you block by pressing back and that's where it ends. And any tutorial on youtube is like them talking chinese. excuse me for the long comment but i really want to at least become decent in a SF game too!

I doubt it, she has low health, her kunais get beat out by everything, I think her only reliable knockdown move is her DP which is unsafe, reloading kunai is unsafe...I really don't see her being top tier.
Ok. Ibuki needs a buff. Ibuki sucks ass in this game. She's klunky, all variants of kuni is negative, her restock is super negative, no EX restock, movement speed is slow, no more vortex, her string into jump isn't safe, you WILL get anti-aired. Three bars for her V-trigger, just no. The only thing I found that I like with ibuki was her damage with V-trigger and her combos looks cool, overhead into light jab still exists, and I can do a full screen CA if a kuni lands, but this is ridiculous. Ibuki was my fav, I wanted her return, and I get this pile of shit.

It wasnt actually a combo, you can see that he dropped the combo mid way through but the opponent didnt block it. thats why it did so much damage
definitely an american reset in there but even after the reset it was a little over 50%, still pretty good, don't know total
