Great to see the Duc. project getting sorted. Caliper factory 🏭 tour is going to be great. Still think the KTM Motard is the best of the best you have built. That Moto gets my 🏆

I loved the Beastie build and this is another step on. Looking gorgeous .. easy - the bike. You've bought the gear, and are learning the idea. My projects normally end in a depressed collapse on the chair with a cup of something hot, whilst crying inside as I stare at all the tools I've bought. First start video needs a bottle of bubbly 🍾

I actually haven't touched the shock, well sorry I had the spring replaced when the shock was rebuilt. I had it changed for a heavier weight spring

Unrelated but as a tall heavy guy what bike has better ergos? Ktm 990 Duke or ktm 890 SMT? 🤔

The SMT does, the 990 is better than the 890 but more cramped than the SMT 👍

Chopsy, 13min 52 torquing up swing arm. I think you may have over torqued it. I think you said 75nm but looked like you set the torque wrench to 75Ft lbs? (About 100nm) Might have been reading the wrong scale? Bikes looking great.

Ok mate, only say this as I’ve made that error, I have similar wrench and have tape over the FT lbs side now and on the vid the marker look like it was against 100. 👍🏻

I think the front fork should be a little deeper. The front is then too high
