05/16/15 Elmer, OK Wedge Tornado | Basehunters Chasing

Around 5:45 pm a supercell began producing a tornado ~6 miles to the southwest of our position ~5 miles west of Elmer, OK. The tornado developed northeast towards our position to within around a 1 mile of our position. As we began repositioning near Elmer, OK to keep up with the tornado we encountered a chaser traffic slow-down, which ultimately led to blowing out all of our driver-side windows due to FFD hailstones. Ultimately though, it was a rewarding chase!

Awesome footage. Great storm but as you say nightmare chaser convergence traffic on that road. We were caught up in it in the RFD but missed getting hailed on. Bad chaser etiquette that day.
