I started The nasal rinse a few days ago...I didnt fancy it, but it was a last resort. The relief was instant. It's truly amazing. There's zero burn...the opposite in fact, it's pleasant. The doctor thinks I had debris up there causing excess mucus. It's been 4 months and I had mucus free flowing from my nose the day I started the wash. I couldnt eat or drink. I was miserable. My symptoms are 90% better in 2 days. I'll continue this practice even when it's cleared up totally. At least once a week. This will be no problem for children. It's best when the water's quite warm.

I am going to have sinus surgery in two days, which I am so looking forward to. My sinuses have been making me sick for almost 4 years. My nose runs nonstop, always thick clear sticky mucus and a bad smell in my nose, headaches and terrible fatigue. I have tried everything from corticosteroids to nasal rinses to antibiotics and steam. I’m so over it. I’m having the Clarafix procedure and turbinate reduction which I’m a little nervous about. I’ll try to remember to come back and report how this all turns out. I can use lots of prayers.

This is the best video I've ever seen describing chronic sinusitis. I highly recommend EUFOREA videos regarding chronic sinusitis.

She just described how I feel - living to work and nothing more. I am 57 but very physically fit and yet have no energy. I have had the symptoms for so long they just became my baseline. Doesn't everybody have a blocked nose, slight headache, brain fog, ears that pop, pressure around the eyes and poor sleep? Going to do the netipot with salt and xylitol along with the corticosteroid spray for a couple of weeks to see how I go. God forbid I should go see an actual medical professional!

Open suffering with nasal pressure for the past four weeks and I got her a little bit but now I have pressure in my nose and I think the nasal sprays made it worse and it’s getting very aggravating. I’m about to go to the hospital.
