USS Massachusetts participated in the Naval Battle of Casablanca, which began early on the morning of 8 November. Interesting and informative. Excellent photography job enabling viewers to better understand what/whom the orator was describing. Professional class A research project!!! Had Mussolini's inferior trained/ill equipped troops. Had more motivated professional military operations training. Better battle field equipment. Perhaps they would have made a better showing of themselves at the 2nd battle of El Alamein. They were driven from Spain & Greece in a humiliating disorganized retreat/defeat. So why not North Africa??? For the most part being conscripted. Those soldiers had little if any interest being under the command of disillusioned Mussolini 😈😈and it showed.
Rather disappointing. Lots of pictures but little about strategy, maps would help, not mere mention of north or south. Reminds one rather of a high school essay.
Load of rubbish. Tobruk was held by Australians for 8 months but no mention of that. Then when the British were handed Tobruk it fell in a couple of days. But no mention again. Very biased video.
he mentioned Australians captured Bardia and right after Tobruk was taken. though he doesn't specify the Australians took Tobruk, it's implied by the previous statement.
