@@PKAnExcelExpert Hi PK, many thanks for doing this for the benefit of people wanting to learn more about Excel capabilities. However, there is one drawback to this Gantt Chart. It is assumed that all tasks/activity starts on the first day of the week. I have recreated what you taught us in your video, but I'm afraid it did not work for tasks starting the middle of the week (start date not the first day of the week). In there a formula that can be applied to take this into account, please?

Very nice, using this myself now. One question, if you have the date displayed as '01 02 03' rather than 'Oct -1', the data validation on the Highlight function only displays the same from the List dropdown, is there anyway to do this in this manner?. Thanks!
