    Certainly seems to perform well. It makes you think what you’d have to do to get the actual rated amperage out. Great review!

      Funny enough I just got s bluetti panel which is rated 120w. I've seen 117 out of that. More testing to be done but I think they've actually under rated it compared to others and have actually rated it for what you can actually get real world. Novel idea that 😁 . But yes be very happy with this one

      I like that things are improving and I'm interested to see where it all goes. I'm waiting for solar paint so I can do the pajero 😁

    These reviews are great for those of us that want to just buy and use….you certainly luv your gadgets. With its flexibility, will be interested in how it performs and whether the panel ‘de-rates’ over time.
    Cheers

      Cheers. That's a good point. I've noticed they can be great out of the box but start to reduce power over time. I think things are certainly improving as the technology improves.

    Just got a new Bluetti AC180. It's mostly for charging an Emtb. Solar panels are next on the buy list.

      I just received the ac70 to review. The 180 would be much more useful due to the additional capacity. It came whey a 120w panel which is proving to be quiet good. They're not cheap though. But still a good unit either way. First one of their panels I've had my hands on.

      Noticed "Platina Cooks" tested the Anaconda Dune induction cooktop, might be worth looking at.

    Running a king's 160w folding solar panels on my Opus camper and getting around 114 watts/8.5amps. solar panels maybe 6 year's old.

      That's a pretty good run for an older panel.

    Meh... 120w is not great. A renogy 100w rigid panel weighs the same and basically delivers the same AND like costs 1/3 of the price... And we wont bother about what happens in a yr to the performance. if you live in alaska then yeah it may do better.

    • @DENMONKEY
      @DENMONKEY  5 місяців тому

      It was putting out 173w.

      @@DENMONKEY best case I can get 130w out of a 100w panel too... problem is you need temps and 6mths then thats your panel. 120w is likely all you will see in 6mths and 3-5 yrs they are basically dead
