I also have a massive hyacinth field on my island. Partially to attract butterflies like you said, and partially because I love running through all the flowers like a maniac knocking their petals off.

I love how the flower field turned out but my favorite part of the build is the area immediately around your house - the little crafting and laundry areas and of course the house extension using the storefronts - so cute! And I’m really looking forward to green grass returning to my island too! Only 6 more days until the snow melts!

Yea, I'm sick of winter too. But I'm patient and wait till it's naturally over. I don't time travel. I wish they made it so when it snows, it would stay on the ground for like a week or something then melts off and we have grass again, only it would be frosty. But I digress.
We're coming up on two years of ACNH. Time flies... The community is the best part of this game. It makes me wish we could have 1000 design slots, haha...

Hey bestie! Amazing build as always. I got whiplash when you did that lil HC about the car pulling over to take pictures of the field in front of your house. This happens in the small town I live in! On the main highway, it passes by our walmart area and theres a ton of cute wildflowers that grow right next to the highway that tourists will just stop to take pictures. Every time spring rolls around, the local news is complaining about them hahaha
I feel this so hard 😂 also being asked directions by those same tourists (even tho I can't drive and absolutely should not be trusted to give road directions lol)
