Thank you🙏🏾 I started back on my WW Journey in April and this month my cycle had me feeling super hungry, irritated, and tired. I'm doing WW with my mom and didn't want to let her down by not going to the meeting due to all my symptoms I was feeling. I honestly just couldn't devote myself like I usually do due to PMS/PMDD symptoms. Well we're up this morning about to go! I feel better this morning. Even if the scale is up, I know it's just hormones and I will get regulated once off. Appreciate you being transparent. It helps us on this journey!

YAY, CONGRATULATIONS, Jenn!!! You are right, it could have been worse and it is DEFINITELY a maintenance weight. As for me, I have been skipping weighing myself and have been trying on clothes and measuring my tummy every day to make sure I am on track...I like being up and down an inch on my tummy, that is my problem area, and want to focus on shedding some inches off my belly. What I am doing is trying not to drink any carbonated drinks so that I won't feel BLAH, so understand how you were feeling this past week.
