I think you are doing something amazing cages or not. People don't realize how different it is for strays in your country. I think you're wonderful for doing so much with the limited resources you have.
You think it's cruel to keep them in cages, then you need to look up and watch the dog meat rescues and what they do to these poor dogs, and cats for that matter. Do your research before putting down someone for doing the best they can with limited resources. It's cruel....
