Hello. May I please ask what the cookie 6:44? My brother had one a few years ago while in Sicily, and we never learned the name. It sounds like monacali? Watching Alfred eat those savory pastries is making me hungry. I don't eat pork so it is always a little bit more difficult to find something to eat. I remember in Catania that I was able to find a cheese/spinach pastry...after asking "Che carne?" about another one and being told that it was horse!!
