Those ropes are so much easier on your hands without little freys stabbing you as you go along. Our winch is invaluable for stretching fence, hoisting up game, straightening posts, pulling old trash out of piles, etc. Keep an open mind on what you can do with it and youll likely never not have one again!
@@EastTexasHomestead another one is pulling t posts. Wrap a chain around the post, hook winch cable up. Since the winch wont pull up, find an old tire on a rim to redirect the pulling force downward (lots of videos of this method on youtube of people pulling tree stumps, except youll be using a winch and pull t posts). I know you can appreciate this idea for sure!

@@EastTexasHomestead have at it my friend! For stretching field fence i just screw two 2x4s together with the fence sandwiched in between and then use the winch to pull the boards. Works great! Feel free to use any idea of mine. I dont make any videos myself so youre not hurting me at all! Oh, pulling brush piles or felled trees is another. Use a strap to wrap around the tree or bundle the brush pile together then pull with the winch. Im telling you im not sure i could live without the winch on my atv!
