From 200-m2 House to 24-m2 Apartment, Shanghai Falimy Move from the Suburbs to Downtown

Xiong Wei used to be known by designing a mini office with 6 desks and 3 cats in a 13-m2 space. In 2017, he moved from a 200-m2 house in the suburbs to a 24-m2 apartment in the downtown of Shanghai for her daughter's schooling. He only spent around 100000 yuan on renovation. The apartment now has one bedroom and one living room, and can accommodate a single person or a family. In the mid of January, Yit visited Xiong in his residence.
建築師熊偉曾造出“全網最小辦公室”，13㎡塞下了6個工位和3隻貓，2017年，因為女兒上學，一家三口從200㎡郊區別墅搬到上海市中心24㎡老公房。 只花了10多萬，把房子變成了一室一廳，同時擁有「單身公寓」和「兩大一小」兩種居住模式。 1月中旬，一條探訪這個上海市中心的24㎡「小豪宅」。
