Technically Jean Grey has only died once, the other time it was a clone built by the Phoenix Force (The first time in the 1980 Dark Phoenix saga) The real Jean came back in he mid 80's, (X-factor) she was in hibernation, to heal, and the Phoenix was just running around pretending to be her. Jean did NOT wipe out the D'Baris. That was not Jean, that was the Phoenix Force taking on Jean form who was in a healing cacoon at the bottom of Jamaica Bay. Why does everyone, INCLUDING MARVEL, keep forgetting this?!
The simplest answer: retcons. Originally, that was Jean, and then came the Phoenix duplicate retcon, which I always hated. Then it was retconned AGAIN as of X-Factor (first series) #38: this time, the Phoenix Force didn't just create a duplicate body with a copy of Jean's memories, it actually took a part of Jean's soul/mind/whatever, so Jean was still a part of all of that. Nowadays, they never even mention the duplicate in the comics, which might be a sort of retcon as well....

It's noted that you're covering multiple versions of Jean from multiple timelines/universes. To me neither of these people are all one in the same.
