Nothing can be said in binary terms about Nature of Jobs whether Private or Govt.
Entry level jobs in Private sector are worst but higher level jobs after MBA from reputed institutions offer very good package.
Similarly, in govt sector, Group A/ B level jobs are good and not the Group D/ C jobs. They are very hectic

It was not his last attempt. UPSC gave two more attempts in which he failed first in prayagraj and then in rajender nagar.
