a note to when people mention it's not completely cleaned: this condition is very painful and might require multiple visits. it's up to the patient and their tolerance
Keratosis Obturans is the hardest to remove. Patients are already in pain and they have to endure added pain to get it cleaned out. Either patient had enough and rightly so or the specialist broke the sessions in two. You’re never going to get the canal completely smooth and clean with KO. There definitely going to be follow ups with this doctor. Anyway well done on a mammoth task.
Thank you. This video has a much higher quality than the ones that are sped up. The definition is so clear and the speed is just incredible. Not too fast. I was so looking forward to the final reveal of the eardrum, but the video didn’t show the actual eardrum. That said, this was a very good video. Thank you.
Did really no one read where he said he had to stop because the patient became dizzy, she was booked back in one week later. Damn. Chill out, besides its a medical procedure, im sure theres a very good reason for him to havd stopped even if he didn't say why.
It just amazes me how much different earwax there is. I was shocked at all of the hair that was mixed with the wax. Hopefully this client is feeling better now.
What a mess! The patient had to use a cotton tip swab to clean ear. Due to the amount fuzzy material that was on the first section of ear canal. All the rest was packed in was from the use of cotton tip swab.
I would have loved to be present when they got that removed to see their reaction after realizing they could hear. I wonder if they had to take antibiotics because of the yellowish stuff at the end… I hope they didn’t have too much pain
Thats from cotton. All those fibers. Thats not hair. Yes ears have hair but all those fibers being pulled out is from cotton. They must have shoved a cotton ball or 2 in there and forgot about them or couldn't get them out then just left them in there for a while. Peroxide would have helped break all this up a great deal. Should have used peroxide first then waited 30 minutes to see if it loosened it up a bit. Also some warm olive oil. Yes olive oil! All natural and will help remove nasty ear funk. Olive oil will make that stuff just slide right out in one big chunk. Why fight that much ear gunk?
I feel so bad for her. Its so inflammed, and the further you went in the more I wondered...how far back does it go? Theres an eardrum back there, right? Lol I was also surprised at the cotton you found. There was so much of it. Heres hoping after her coming up second visit, she'll be feeling so much better. Will you be doing both ears? Do you know if this ear is the worse of the two? I wonder if she'll need a third session to completely cover the second ear if its similar to this one. The pain she mustve been in...
So many questions. Does it hurt? Or it's more like a pressure relief? What's that white stuff? Is this caused by excessive use of Q-tips? Does it stink? How the hell did someone managed to get this much hair in their ears? Because there's a part that looks like a whole dead rat was removed from the person's ear.
One of the main symptoms of keratosis obturans is pain from the pressure on all side of the canal causing the canal to widen. So yeah it hurts. White stuff is dead skin and also some infectious discharge it looks like toward the end. and all that hair was cotton fibers.
This is a good video to show the efficiency of the hook the hook. In my opinion its the best tool you can use as long as that wax is not soft. I cannot understand when the wax is very very hard why try to use suction in the beginning when the sides need to be cleared or loosened after watching these videos for about four or five years that's my opinion
The clarity of the filming so spectacular!
Thank you 🤭 we are using a HD endoscope system
Holy cow! That was amazing! Great work! TYFS
Thanks so much!
I like how often you use the alligator forceps. The vacuuming is only entertaining for so long - but alligator forceps & hooks never get old.
Fantastic job, much respect 👏
hope the patient can feel a positive change 😢

At first it looked more like a hair ball, WOW I bet that gives so much relief.
It look like a wig.😂

Her hearing improved so much after the procedure, but we didnt finish the procedure as patient was complaining of dizziness
That had to be so painful that poor person that had to endure all that in there ears is so sad .

How in the world could someone let that much accumulate in their ear? There had to be hearing loss long before this

Holy Moley!!! Looked like the doc pulled a mouse out that person's ear!
Well done that was epic! What ever your charging them it’s not enough. 😂
we charged the patient 100 usd.
2:52 Did the Lorax die in there or something? That hair is orange af
Can’t wait to episode 2
How is this a thing and why did I just watch it before bed?!?!? My ears hurt after watching this but I simultaneously really want to go clean them!
Couldn't you have put that liquid they do to Losen it up?🤔
why didnt you show us all the way to the end
we had to stop cause patient complained of dizziness during the procedure. we will see her again after 1 week

I can't believe I watched that. 😮
That looks like a big piece of cotton wool in there starting at 2:45...
yes sir, she used cotton wool to remove the earwax
why not give it olive oil/baby oil so the skin doesn't get hurt?
Poor guy, see how raw and sore their ear canal was 😞
This is a very skillful doctor

But then you have to deal with oil and peroxide inside the ear, wouldn't that be just as hard/problematic?
I think by the time this was treated it was a HUGE compacted ball and we'll past the point where olive oil would help
Nice work, and very entertaining as always. About 3 minutes into the video you uncovered this blob of long stringy stuff. Was that cotton wool?
Is that cotton wool that’s creating all the fibres? There’s a lot of it, no wonder he was deaf
Yes, we was suprised to find the cotton wool during the procedure
Was that cotton fiber????
Is there a part two? It wasn’t finished
War das spannend. So aufmerksam wenn ich Filme sehen würde.
Super 😃
Gibt es dafür nicht eine Art Löffel 🥄?

Tudo isso é de um mesmo ouvido??? Como pode isso???
Интересно,за сколько дней скапливается столько нечистот?
Pero q paso ,tremendos dolores tuvo q sufrir ,nunca había visto eso ,por amor a dios el medico existe
I cannot believe anyone could have that much stuff in their ears and not go to the doctor before then as I did
They did go to a general pactitioner, but the doctor only gave earwax softener
Also you have to think not everyone can get to a dr. For one reason or another
Great job! Thanks to you & lovely client ♥️👏🏼🌟💐

I don’t think I’ve had that much wax in my ear in my 66 years total. Wow - poor thing must have been in pain and discomfort for a long time.
Oh my, why? It has to be so painful...

Yes, the was cotton wool at the beginning part 😂
@@klinikalbiruni uh oh lol
Eh visto videos similares, pero este es el mas grave. No escuchaba nada seguro.
Maybe some olive oil in this ear might have made it easier to remove. Maybe.
That part❤
Just stick to being a UA-cam audiologist and let the real doctor decide which method is best for his patient ..that part ❤
Closest I can come to that, is digging a hole for a post and fence, or post and beam..
Wow that was bad, and the eardrum had burst too?
Loved this
A year…? Why not going to a doctor earlier… This is really bad 😮
Are you awake or put out during this type of procedure? What do the ear feel like the next day?
Estas despierto. Yo no llegué a ese grado, pero literal escuchas hasta el más mínimo sonido cuando está recién lavada 😅
Can we see the follow up videos of theses ko clients as they must come back for further debri removal
Wonder what the other ear looks like??
Will ear wax cause tinnitus and vertigo?
How does it even get to that point? That’s crazy!
That's my question too.how indeed??
What are those fibers?
Are you sure? Are there in a little bit of crazy glue in there?😂😂
It’s either keratosis obturans or cholesteatoma. We will review her back after 1 week
What is that stuff that look like hay or straw?
Holy crap! 😳

Cheat codes. Everyone is using them these days.
Wanna see it come out as well, out of the ear canal I mean.

Wow! That is one extremely hairy dude! He had a lot of hair all the way to his eardrum!
Please do a complete clean out! So frustrating to see so much debris left in the ear.
How do you not realize you lost part of your q tip in your ear?
This is way more than 12 months build up.
Did you finish it? Why didn’t you show it? Did you do something to cause an injury?
He finished it the week after because the patient couldn’t support the pain anymore
@@rogertonnerre6459 ty for letting me know this. I get way too invested with these videos!
This person jams the hook into the canal wall. It looked bloody. Needs to use medical grade olive oil to loosen it.
