Thank you for the videos. I always enjoy them. This is for your information only. The word "brothers" in English refers to boys or men. The word "sisters" refers to girls or women. When a title of a video says "Five Brothers" it made me think your children were all boys! I realize this must be a way of identifying family members where you live, but I was very confused for a long time thinking your children were all boys or girls! Thank you again. Your videos are very well done and very informative.
A good hint with chicken breast I found, if you need to use it for stir fry or a recipe that involves it in slices/chunks. Add a teaspoon or so of baking soda into the cut up chicken and mix and let sit! Rinse it off the chicken after 30mins and use as usual :) it ends up nice and soft instead of dry and stringy!
