Personally, I didn't believe at first that asmr helped as a background noise. I always thought music was the best for me, as I need to listen to something constantly without feeling "alone" aha, but I tried this today and It helped so much more. I am very surprised! Thank you.

I struggle with attention difficulties and can usually only absorb information from video content/having someone explain it in a lecture. I had not tried ASMR for studying before, but with this playing on loop in the background, I was able to read and understand multiple research papers and write a complete outline for my thesis proposal so efficiently! The part of my brain that usually gets distracted and shifts attention away from reading was completely entertained by the sounds and the rest of my brain could work in peace. I am beyond grateful!
I just really want to thank all the asmrist , like Annura for their work. For many of us going through depression anxiety and other life issues come to these videos and they are an escape and I’m just so grateful for them

This is one of my favorite styles of ASMR to have in the background while I do homework. Just random soft, repetitive sounds. Just make sure to drink coffee while you do your work, guys. 🤣 I fell asleep the first time, lol. Now I’m caffeinated and ready to get this pile of work done. 😄
