  • Today in our Mexican Food Journal we had to visit the Coyoacán food market, located two blocks from the emblematic Los Coyotes roundabout in Mexico City. We will immerse ourselves in the authentic flavor of Michoacán-style red pozole. The García pozoles are a true tradition in this market and obviously we cannot fail to mention the gastronomic legacy that has passed down generations and each spoonful is a tribute to the culinary tradition of Mexico. Here the master is putting his carnita on it. We order it with pork and he puts a little lettuce on it, radishes and ready to prepare it, look we added onion and also of course we couldn't miss the chilito piquín a little bit well, a lot that wasn't so spicy the truth is and the touch of oregano and that's it, you don't know it's a true delight and that's how we conclude our culinary journey in the vibrant food market of Coyoacán see you in the next bite of flavor and tradition. Buen provecho!
