Your nephew is going to love the tractor. I like his smile. Was he in an accident or is the wheelchair due to something else. Our experience with my now adult son is most adults go out of th way to accommodate and interact with a handicapped child. My daughter and son-in-law live in New Hope, just outside Columbus, Mississippi. He’s about to be the Chief Resident at Baptist Memorial. My wife and I visited the last few weeks of April into the forest week in May. They have four: a 13-1/2 year old, 7-1/2 year old boy-girl twins, and a 6 month old. (Actually, we were really just visiting the grandchildren, but one must be polite after all. 🤭)
Lee, thanks so much for the comment! Be as involved as you can with those grandchildren! Kids need good role models now more than ever! Tristan has been in a wheelchair from birth. He is a very bright and smart young man! He actually just made honor roll! Mobility and motor functions are a challenge, but it doesn’t stop a feller from having a passion for something. I’m glad that I’ve been able to invest and be a small part of the project even though many miles separate us.
I did a lot of work with the same tractor 49 cub as a kid we had all the attachments and everybody called us plow gardens mow hay and tow out stuck cars. When my father based away the step mother kicked us kids off the farm and let her kids have everything I just found the cub on Facebook for sale by one of her kids and will not sale it to me
This is so sweet Great looking tractor!!
