Today, I had the privilege of dressing a remarkable designer for her son’s wedding. I’ve noticed that many of you have been curious about why I choose stitching over other methods, and how it affects the fabric. Well, let me share a wonderful experience I had with this talented designer. As I was stitching her outfit, she displayed an incredible level of trust and understanding. She knew that my stitching wouldn’t harm the fabric or compromise its integrity in any way. Not once did she question my choice or suggest using safety pins instead.
Shantanu Goenka @shantanugoenkaofficial , known for exquisite craftsmanship, took the real zari rangkat lehenga in pure silk and meticulously melded it with hand-embroidered Kashmiri tilla embroidery borders, giving the lehenga a whole new life. The designer also curated a stunning dupatta and blouse, which completed the look with finesse.
This incident reaffirms that stitching is indeed the best option. So, let’s celebrate the art of stitching and its ability to enhance the beauty of our garments! 🧵✨
