That semi-terrarium tree-feature thingy and the abundance of glass separates this design from the rest of the cookie cutter villas in the same price range. Features like this are what you might find in a home 10x the price of this one. And it definitely gives the Palm Springs vibes the developer was aspiring towards. I absolutely fricking love it. It doesn't even have to be an Olive tree, even a rock garden would be cool. Also love how the pool is butted up to the wall. That said, the tiny living room ruins the "Palm Springs" vibe. Expand it by Knocking down that wall and getting rid of the third bedroom. And enclose the refrigerator! Small details like that make a huge difference. Nobody wants to see the side of an appliance. Of all the dozens of Hua Hin villas I've seen in this price range, this is by far the most appealing to me and it's not even close.

I love the tree (glass) feature. However, I agree 100% that there is no outside living space. I always imagine having coffee outside in the morning. There is no escape from the sun; also, there are no outdoor fans. I like the "Palm Springs" approach to the home. The price appears comparable to market values. Only four units were built, which is odd.
Absolutely love the glass box feature. In many ways it's the perfect villa except for one aspect - the living room is too small. The small living room could be overlooked if there was abundant covered areas outside, but there isn't.

Yeah, I hope they will consider rectifying that, I sent them some photos of modern gazebo type structures fitting the style that would sit well by the pool area.

It is 4 walls, in this case maybe 8 and a pool sitting a small piece of land. How much can these greedy property developers charge?
