I'm amazed they went through with the pushback with that vehicle under the wing. We would get written up at my station if there were so much as a wheel chock a few inches inside the gate lines.
Hi my friend, could I ask if you were using any kind of lens filter on your iPhone camera? I only ask, for as you turned base for a 36R approach, you flew over what appeared to be Cedar Ridge Country Club and the golf course fairways looked totally parched and brown? In fact, the more I looked further into your approach into TUL, it looked like all of the grass everywhere else was parched too. Was there a major drought in Tulsa last winter? Kind regards from the UK :-)
No lens filters my friend. What you see is what the camera captures based on the conditions. Honestly, I can't remember how the winter was in Tulsa last year, but in Joplin, we did have a very dry winter. They aren't that far apart, so it makes sense that Tulsa would've had a similar winter. Usually we get several decent sized snows/winter events. Last year, I think we only had about 5 inches of snow total. It's also worth mentioning that both Joplin and Tulsa, although relatively southern, do have cold/long enough winters that all foliage dies off every year. In Joplin, since I'm more familiar with there, we typically have around 4 months per year where the temps get below freezing at least every night. When I used to work for American Airlines on the ramp in Joplin, right out of college, I used to tell people about the massive temperature swings through the year. In 2016, which was my last year working for American, we went from a high of 118° in July to -18° (fahrenheit) in January. Sadly, we're not far enough south to have mild temperatures year round.
As always, Fantastic video and quality! Love the turbulent part!

NICE QUALITY AND CAMERA
u like e175 or e190
Swifty Hoyboy E175
I like both. Typically I find the ERJ-175 more comfortable due to the scope clauses in the US.
hi when are you ganna do spirit airlines?
2 NEW FAVORITE UA-cam Channel!

I heard this aircraft type flies into Oklahoma City too!
I don't know for sure off the top of my head, but I would say it's almost a guarantee that it does. Thanks for watching my friend!
@@sla31 I live in OKC, and can confirm this aircraft type does fly to/from OKC. Are you from Tulsa? I lived there for around 10 years or so.
@@Noahsjones He's from Joplin Missouri but occasionally goes to Tulsa and Kansas City from time to time
How spacious is the E175?
What airline are you flying her
This flight was operated by SkyWest Airlines. Thanks for watching!
