We have players that think they are bigger than what they really are or at least have shown in the last couple years and we don’t have a coach capable of humbling them and putting them to work. Let them compete to stay on the pitch. We are loosing matches anyway so I would rather bench you if you are not willing to die on the pitch for milan. We need a coach who first and foremost honors grit, hardwork, before talent. This is what makes up mentality. We need a disciplinarian. We talk about leaders, well the most obvious leader is first the coach and good leaders breed leaders. Wonder why we’ve had players that have been with us for 5 years and more and still act like kids and it’s sad because they are almost past their formative years. A child smiles and plays when he is given candy and cries when it’s take away. A grown man will pursue it and get it if it’s taken away.
After so many embarrassing performances its safe to say the biggest problem is not the coach, this team is technically poor and afraid of going forward, thats why they are always hesitate to pass the ball through the opposite's high pressing and it looks so bad. Until they can confidently build up from the back and go forward like Inter did vs City, there's no hope.
No one thinks we're going to beat Inter do they? I don't either. I hear Ibrahimovic gave Turgid Terzic a call 😏 He's *definitely * not the answer. Maybe a De Zerbi might do it. Someone to run these guys til they puke and then build them back. A friggin marine boot camp treatment. There are some on the squad who think they know better.
Milan management don’t have a clue about building a team. Until we replace Moncada, Ibra, and Furlani with an experienced CEO and Sporting Director this team will continue to suffer. Bring back Gazidis as CEO and get Tony D’Amico from Atalanta. Then they will build a winning by hiring the right coach and the right players. As for Fonseca, we needed a coach like Conte, Allegri or Tuchel. This Milan team needs a big coach. As for Maldini, he sucked as a director and I will stand by that. I respect him as a player but he’s just another inexperienced egocentric past player. You can’t justify spending 35m on CDK when we needed a replacement for Kessie when Amrabat was available for 30m and Dybala was a free agent. We didn’t need CDK. We still had Diaz on loan so getting Dybala would have made more sense. Also signing Origi who was injured and a bench warmer at Liverpool on a 4.5m 4yr contract is criminal by Maldini. And he wanted to replace Pioli with Pirlo? WTF was Maldini smoking. Sorry but the problem at Milan is hiring inexperienced past players in management. Milan need EXPERIENCE Sporting Director and CEO. No Maldini and No Ibra. Period! The 2017 transfer cost Milan to be sanction by UEFA for financial fair play. We over paid for players and to add insult to injury we didn’t qualify for UCL.
Maldini was not there in 2017. You want to get the guy Tony from Atalanta who bought the same CDK from Milan? Origi transfer, I agree. But if you don't want to spend a good amount for a striker who else could you get at that time? Giroud and Ibra deals worked out. Origi did well at Liverpool with occasional chances he got. It was hard to predict that failure. Honestly, most fans were probably excited with this deal more than the Ibra or Giroud deal. Before CDK, he wanted to bring Renato and Botman for months and the management didn't give him green signals there. Milan would not pay Dybala's salary. I also don't think CDK was a failure, we just need a better attacking coach. You are okay to buy Amrabat for 30m, but not CDK at 35m?Atalanta happily bought CDK for 28m.You assume that Pirlo is a trash coach. First there was no talk that Maldini wanted him immediately. It was just a friendly talk. Maldini probably saw some potential in Pirlo. You may argue how badly Pirlo is doing now. But look how Kompany is doing at Bayern compared to Burnley. Sometimes the coach needs the right mix of players. Look how Ancelotti evolved from his early years of managerial career. He was very poor and rigid early, but evolved later together with Maldini as his captain.
@@MdAbidHossainzim CDK is a bargain for Atalanta because playing for Milan is not the same as Atalanta. There’s more pressure at Milan. CDK is also a 2nd striker not AM. That’s why he doesn’t fit in Milan system. Pirlo sucks man and Kompany is a better coach with more experience. LOL
@@ziontrain7887 about CDK, that's my point. Why can't the coach adapt accordingly? Gasparini used to play with a lone striker and two wingers. He adapted and gave freedom to CDK. But Pioli didn't allow the attacking players to move freely. Tell me what Kompany has achieved so far as a manager. Pirlo finished in the top 4 and got Juve to the quarter. Generally midfielders are better as coaches. I hope Pirlo will bounce back soon.
@@MdAbidHossainzim Pirlo couldn’t win a title with a Juventus team that was better than ever team in Serie A. Look man, the guy suck and the same goes for Pippo Inzaghi. Coaching is not for everyone. As Gasperini, he prefers to work with young players and not elite level players because he’s not a man manager like Ancelotti. Gasperini would never do well in a top club that’s why he failed at Inter. Pioli would have been a failure at Milan without leaders like Ibra and Giroud and Pioli is the type of coach who is always using players out of their best position. CDK wasn’t ready for a big club because he cannot handle the pressure and weight of the jersey. So he was doomed to fail at Milan.
italy cannot sustain a big club except for juventus given the current circumstances. marotta is doing wonders in pushing inter past its point but thats it. big time sponsors dont want in, FIGC continues to do nothing and prize pool will continue to be a joke, stadiums look just as bad as ancient roman remnants (granted these could prob have better playing conditions than 50% of serie a stadiums), bottom table teams are leeches who are just fine with staying up with no other ambitions, piracy is rampant... you could have elon musk as an owner and he could be so in love with milan but as long as UEFA regulations exist hes not going to spend more than what elliot or redbird have without repercussions. modern stadiums are a step in the right direction but thats a distant dream and who knows how much terrible things can (and will) happen until. state and local officials seem to do everything within their power to prevent any moves in moving grounds. roma has been "getting" a new stadium for solid 20 years now. were in the middle of being played a fool by italian bureaucracy. rich international owners would rather invest in a project in como than a populous football hungry city french football is already in its gradual collapse period, calcio is next
I can’t understand in one breathe you act like Maldini has molded this club and everyone we have that’s good is because of him and then in another breathe you say all our players aren’t up to it and they just aren’t very good. How can we act like Tonali would have done anything to strengthen this club when he was suspended for a year and hasn’t done anything since. You can say both sides of the argument have made mistakes and Red Bird needs to step up.
I may have missed it during the 35 minute complaining fest. Yes and just like Maldini they have made some very smart purchases too. You say that CDK has been great for Atalanta but he wasn’t great for us in the system he bought him to fit in. You also choose not to mention Maldini was not just fired for his personnel choices but also his inner struggle for more power when he wasn’t holding the cards. Saying we lost to Lazio, which isn’t true, and laughable saying this is the worst run club in football. To say this is worse than Banter era is an absolute joke and downright blasphemy. This ownership has not been great but it has brought it out of financial ruin and has grown it exponentially worldwide. Not even Chelsea fans complain this much. I know you can say if you don’t like my show don’t listen and that’s fair but I usually agree with you. Just tired of the players not being blamed and somehow it’s all because our savior Maldini has been left for the wolves. If he’s such a great commodity why hasn’t he been hired by top clubs since?
I never once said they lost to Lazio so that is a complete lie to start. We all know the result of that one anyways. Complain fest? Man just shut up lol, people are rightfully calling out a terrible job by management and ownership. Simple as. Maldini was great but had flaws as we have mentioned every single goddamn time we mention him. Either talk in good faith or don't talk at all
@@MartinoPuccio if it wasn’t you who said it about Lazio then it was your guest and if you listen back you will hear it. But you’re too tough for that right. I’ll answer if I want to I don’t need your approval. That’s what great about the internet. I see you’re a little sensitive because all my points are valid and if you can’t take a little discourse than I think you need to get some tougher skin.
@@LaVerdad2what is the definition of smart purchase for you? You must be an american fan only talking about Pulisic, Pulisic. Yes Pulisic has been good offensively, but he doesn't know his defensive position which is why RB is suffering more compared to when Alexis used to play as RW. He did not leave for power struggle. He wanted more authority and clarity while signing players and urged the management for more budget. He failed to pass Renato and Botman deals for not getting green lights from the higher management. He was failing to keep or sign players with that 5m salary cap. He was right to ask for more budget as the core team he had was very close to peak and he needed some world class signings to pluck the holes for immediate success. Your last question why Maldini has not been hired by a top club yet. You need to look back at his career and understand why he did not leave the club as a player getting much better offers from other top clubs just like Del piero, Totti etc.
Scudetto was not an accident. We were a genuinely great team that season. Just go and watch how we played compared to now, the difference is day and night. With Maldini at the director role, Zlatan and Giroud up front with their leadership and experience, Tonali and pre-injury Bennacer were a far better midfield than what we are right now, Tomori and Kjaer were the best defensive duo we had in ages... But instead of building on that great foundation with investments and signing great players to replace the old experienced ones, the management decided to sack Maldini, sell Tonali, and cheap out on players and coaches. So, instead of progressing from the scudetto season, we regressed. But that scudetto wasn't an accident. We were truly on our way up and Cardinale managed to fuck it up.
Yes you have to blame Fonseca for the mess on the right side, he had the opportunity to play Kalulu as our RB, he decided he wasn't it and pick Emerson. People forgot, Moncada want it Thiago Santos, the RB Fonseca had in Los and Fonseca said no, bring me Emerson. Is the same thing with RLC and Pioli last year, 2 transfers that had nothing to do with the club strategy to satisfy coaches that are going to be sacked!

Xavi
italy cannot sustain a big club except for juventus given the current circumstances. marotta is doing wonders in pushing inter past its point but thats it. big time sponsors dont want in, FIGC continues to do nothing and prize pool will continue to be a joke, stadiums look just as bad as ancient roman remnants (granted these could prob have better playing conditions than 50% of serie a stadiums), bottom table teams are leeches who are just fine with staying up with no other ambitions, piracy is rampant...
you could have elon musk as an owner and he could be so in love with milan but as long as UEFA regulations exist hes not going to spend more than what elliot or redbird have without repercussions. modern stadiums are a step in the right direction but thats a distant dream and who knows how much terrible things can (and will) happen until. state and local officials seem to do everything within their power to prevent any moves in moving grounds. roma has been "getting" a new stadium for solid 20 years now. were in the middle of being played a fool by italian bureaucracy. rich international owners would rather invest in a project in como than a populous football hungry city
french football is already in its gradual collapse period, calcio is next
Juventus is not even a big club right now. Its Inter and Milan
I think you missed the entire point as to how the squad added 15 new players since Maldini left lol
Milan is a mess, the scudetto was an accident. This club is still in a banter era and I don't see us be ambitious anytime soon.
Why are y’all so hot
Yes you have to blame Fonseca for the mess on the right side, he had the opportunity to play Kalulu as our RB, he decided he wasn't it and pick Emerson.
People forgot, Moncada want it Thiago Santos, the RB Fonseca had in Los and Fonseca said no, bring me Emerson.
Is the same thing with RLC and Pioli last year, 2 transfers that had nothing to do with the club strategy to satisfy coaches that are going to be sacked!
Am sending messages form Gambia we love milan, but it's so hard to see how we play football .we play like if 10 years kids are playing milan players and the coach will make the fans go crazy and believe me on Sunday alist lnter milan are playing very well so what will happen 5-0
