I have great memories of this game it was a great time lot of hours playing. I remember playing this game right after Monday night nitro and thunder on Thursdays.
Him and Bischoff were suing each other when the game was in development and by the time they dropped the lawsuits it was too late to put Flair in the game.
Only issue with the roster is that Rick Flair is absent, but that was because he was suspended for no-showing an event in WCW and by the time he got back it was too late to add him into the game.

I LOVED this game when I was in junior high, even though it was my little bro's game. I really miss it. But I didn't understand why the female wrestlers weren't in the roster. You couldn't have them fight unless you had a third controller, lol. But no real complaints about the game for me. I'm just happy to had gotten a chance to play it:)
the only problem I had was Mortis was called Kanyon. I know they're the same person, but they should've used the Mortis name if they're gonna use the costume.
Man what a good line up of wrestlers. I've always preferred WWF, but at the same time, I find in WWF there is only about the same 6 or 7 wrestlers you would want to play as on the first page: The Rock, Stone Cold, Undertaker, Kane, Mankind, Chris Jericho, Kurt Angle umm. Whereas this game has so many classics: Hogan, Nash, Goldberg, Bret Hart, Jericho, Sting Macho Man, Booker T, etc.

DDP was great in this game. He could do 3 different versions of the Diamond Cutter. That was pretty advanced for the time.

The No Show Was At WCW Thunder in 98. Ric Flair Was Actually Fired From WCW. Flair Was Rehired But You're Right It Was Too Late :/
Just change fit finlay's attires and you will get a decent looking ric flair but don't expect too much on the moveset.

The EWF wrestlers were actually modified FMW wrestlers Han Zo Mon was Hayabusa but due to copyright they had to change his ass.
The thing that made this 1% better than wrestlemania 2000 was that it had color

Never played this but it looks like No Mercy. Is the game play similar to No mercy?
This was made before No Mercy but was made by the same people. You could say this was one of the stepping stones to No Mercy.
