bro u caught the problem right but u can do that before buying new dc boater module because you are lucky to have multi meter which always show - minus sign when u attach negative with positive red wire u just need to keep an eye on everything anyway good video :)

Bhai I have an external battery charger but I don't want to remove the battery from bike for charging. Because now battery discharges quicker. And there is much headache in removing it.

@14volts, output current kitne milliamp milta hai? Then you can tell exactly how much time you need to charge the battery. Battery needs 10% current than its capacity for charging.

Is it necessary to use the alligator /crocodile plugs? Can't we directly solder or screw-in the wire directly to the battery terminals to charge it?

Instead..buy 12v 2amps adopter by paying extra 20-30 bucks. Convenient option.
12 v 2 amp adapter will not full charge you battery because 12 lead acid battery need 14 to 14.5 v for full charge
12v 2amp adapters that you get for 200 rs wont give full 12v @2amp. More over you will need more than 12v for charging. Cheap 12v adapters load output performance is not that great as well.

Can i charge my bike battery without removing it from it from my . My thought is if i am providing external voltage and bike's circuitry is off, it shouldnt be an issue. I am not in a position to remove my bike battery and charge. That is my problem.

Yeh you can but for that you need Dc to DC step down converter because laptop power supply usually have 17 to 20 volts output so you need to step down into 14 to 14.5 v
