I normally introduce principles in every session depending on the focus of each exercise. For example "expanding the field when in possession" will be the main focus/principle of practice. As they start to automatically perform the principle, you introduce the next principle that builds on the former. In regards to the communication style? It's a conversation with the whole group. I don't give them the answer of how to do it, I just ask questions that build on each other so that the players are adjusting on the field.
Great video!
How would you introduce your principles ? Through a command style message or through constraints in the session ?
