A believer is: born of the Spirit, a believer has understanding, a believer is a new creation, sins have been propitiated, he is in the internal plan of God, called, chosen, reconciled to and by God, has not condemnation, God is satisfied with, called, predestined, not a mistake, glorified, he is not sick or poor but blessed, a believer is someone God is excited about!!
