Hi Sean, whats Brassall like? Safe suburb? Families? Im looking there but haven't pulled the trigger yet. Im in NSW and going to visit in 2 weeks. Any areas to avoid in Brassall or Ipswich?
@@erikleypoldt8275 @erikleypoldt8275 Hey mate, Brassall is one of those funny areas where there is some high value really nice homes (grammar estate area) and some heavily rented areas that can be a bit dodgy. I landed in a spot that's somewhere in-between, very quiet know your neighbours ect... obviously budget dependent but My advice try and find areas that are higher owner occupied they tend to be the "safer" Places like karalee, pine mountain are fantastic areas with more land as well. ps brassall and most of the western part of ippy is close to the RAAF base but most air traffic is during the day.
TBF most of the suburbs highlighted are like skid row. Sure, they might increase in price but are currently valued lower than more desirable suburbs for a reason.
You’re right that some of the suburbs we highlighted might not be everyone’s cup of tea but they are on the right path to experience significant growth which will drive up demand and property prices

Lol Bethania is in Logan which is no where near Brassall or Raceview in Ipswich.
This looks like suburbs picked from DSR data! Looking for a house recently I feel like heat on all these areas reduced a fair bit!
