Instead of flat paratha, I tried making mughulai paratha with the chicken inside. With the help of my clever husband, cooking it on the tawa was accomplished and while not easy to do(the paratha was thick and had hidden parts that we worried would not get cooked-but hubby was patient to get all areas appropriately browned on the tawa).
