Istvántelek yard is guarded(mostly southern side but guard dogs are about) and off limits from a government level... you were really lucky to get in and out alright because the penalty is steep for tresspassing there without having documents allowing access... Those trains are leftover from the Soviet era some of which are rare. Some of those trains were going to be restored for the museum but were left behind.
