      @joshuaharker56 There is a big relationship between the Zap-X machine and the Cureus journal. Our team has a lot to do with the Zap-X machine and we are very thankful to Cureus journal for a lot of reasons. My publications are minimal, than my Grant acquisitions where I am more focused. Please be very careful while commenting on Cureus Inc, their leadership team is beyond your scope of imagination. My kind advise.

    y'all are awesome!! ty for such an informative video! I do have a question. Does the level of research matter? for example clinical vs basic science?

    • @jerrylorren21
      @jerrylorren21 4 дні тому

      Yes, it does. And it depends on your goals. If your goals are to follow the best treatment protocols, then follow clinical. If your goals are to discover some ground breaking discovery, then follow and work with basic science. If your goals are to simply acquire residency or competitive residency/fellowships training, then simply follow the researchers who follow either of these.

    This was honeslty so helpful especially nw that I'm in my final year, but i still have a question obviously u are from inida so u have a different experience, but as someone from pakistan there aare times where the mentors after u reach out even give a topic and do a lot of the work give u like 5-6th author, so does that matter when doing and listing your research?

    • @jerrylorren21
      @jerrylorren21 4 дні тому +1

      When you work a lot on a particular paper, you actually deserve the corresponding author along with a second author. If the idea belongs to you, you can claim the 1st author or the patent rights if that is a model. But an authorship always matters besides its chronological order, but claiming your order is your right. Any particular journal has a committee (usually the ethical committee) to always take care of or address such issues/confusions, if someone wants to logically claim. I hope this answers your question.

    Hi sir, Is usmle a mandatory exam to practice in usa or without exam with any support like siblings is already there can we go? Without exam they allow us to practice? hope you will try to reply for this sir please

    • @jerrylorren21
      @jerrylorren21 4 дні тому

      While some of the selected states in the USA (slowly, many states are planning to do the same in the near future) accept foreign residencies to practice as a clinician directly (but first, the particular candidate has to work with a university hospital which helps them acquire the state license to practice), all states compulsorily require the candidate to finish the USMLE steps to practice.
